AMERICAN GOTHIC

6-2-10 1

Like that goofy grin?  About one second before this photo, John walked by and grabbed my butt.  Such debauchery!

I have a love-hate relationship with this skirt.  I've tried to kick it to the curb on may occasion, but I just can't seem to let it go and always end up taking it back.  I do like it - I just hate that it's cut so straight.  I think it's been established more than once that I am not cut quite so straight.

But pairing stripes with stripes and lots of metal seems to be the perfect remedy. I feel like such a rebel with my punked-out patriotic vibe.  Seriously, who would mess with this:

  2. This outfit is super cute! Normally I don't like the sandals with so much fabric at the top of the foot, but these are actually quite low-cut and flattering. Love them on you!

  11. I think if you don't love that the skirt is straight, you should sew a wide strip at the bottom and make it more of a bubble shape.... that would be fun!

  14. I actually think the skirt is very flattering on you! I don't like straight cuts on me either, I like more of a flowy skirt since my hips are sorta wide.

The butt grabbing comment made me laugh!

I LOVE your jacket by the way, super cute, the color too is very nice :)
