CLASS OF '99

senior pic

Yesterday marked exactly 11 years since I graduated from high school.  Thought I'd share my yearbook photo with you.  I'm so glad I went with a really classic look.  I think this photo will stand the test of time.  What did your senior picture look like?

  1. Aw, I love it!! And you still look like you! My yearbook senior portrait was taken with a point-and-shoot (NOT digital) camera by my mom when we went to Oregon to look at colleges. It's pretty, it's totally me, and it was different than anyone else's. I still love it. :)

  4. You look so darn cute! It's so nice! Which is cool but it sucks that we can't laugh at your huge bangs or glasses...

  5. I graduated in 99 too! Haha, my picture is terrible. When I was in high school I was really self conscious of my crooked teeth so I used to kind of smirk instead of smile (FYI, I love them now). Aside from that it's pretty cool because my waist length hair is held back with about 30 bread ties. We had to wear a uniform so I chose to express myself through my hair. Hehe, always pushing the envelope.

  7. I keep saying it's been ten years since high school... but I was also class of 99. Whoa. It's been eleven years. That is frightening.

  9. You haven't aged a bit in 11 years! Love the classic look.
In my senior portraits I wore jeans and my favorite t-shirt that said "blue eyes" on it

  10. You look just as cute today!
    Very nice picture :)

We never had "senior pictures" or anything like it where I used to live, so I have none to show you un fortunately! lol

I sure didn't look as cute as you did in your high school years..I know that! haha :)
(I used to be one ugly duckling, at least that's what I think)

  11. It's only been five years for me so I look basically the same. Even going through four or five hairstyles I've arrived back at the shoulder length, side part of my yearbook photo. I didn't smile in the picture, but I'm not known for smiling so it doesn't bother me. I really liked it and think like yours it will stand the test of time.

  14. It's YOU who is the classic. I agree that this photo will look just as good in another 11 years. Your hair is so cute. Is it short or pulled back? Speaking of... I feel like we're comrades in hair growth. Yours is getting so long!
