OH, FRIDAY

Oh, dear.  Today was just one of those days where time was not on my side.  I thought I would get up and get to work earlier today, so that I could be done earlier.  But, instead, I just ended up with more work and ended up finishing at the same time.  Hmph.  Oh, well ... it's money, right?

Check out that sunshine!  It was a bit brisk, but that golden light felt so good.  I'm always amazed at how warm 40° feels in March and how cold it feels in September.  I guess it's all about perspective.

Fair warning - this trench is about to get a LOT of wear.  I have visions of it paired with trousers and skirts and shorts, oh my!  How have I survived all these years without one?!

Hope you all have a fantastically spring-like weekend!

  1. I love trenches because they're so timeless. My Old Navy trench was almost 10 years old and the only reason I gave it up was because there was a stain I couldn't get rid of. LOVE yours.

  24. I love the trench, and I'm so jealous that your weather is warm enough for it - I have about five trench coats that I can't wait to break out, but we still have snow on the ground :(
