OH, BETSEY

I'm not gonna lie.  This entire outfit was built around the sunglasses.  The sunglasses that I only wore for a mere 20 minutes out of the entire day.  And if it weren't for social norms and all, I would've scrapped the outfit all together and just worn the glasses.  But, alas ...

I'm just dying for these sunnies.  They are Betsey Johnsons that I got on Gilt for only $10 (since I had some credit).  Are they not awesome?!  I love how I feel so transformed when I put them on.  They begged to be worn with this blazer that I thrifted just before winter and haven't worn yet.  Great foresight, right?  I just felt funkier today and kept finding myself thinking WWBJD?

Iggy hasn't been in my photos for a few days, so I decided to take him out today.  Big mistake.  It turned into such a circus when he wrapped the leash around my tripod knocking my camera to the ground.  Of course, the self-timer continued shooting, resulting in the following:

No worries.  Everyone survived and my camera is just fine.  Luckily it was in the soft grass and not on the hard surface.  And Iggy even said he was sorry.

  19. You're looking fab! And your dog is a hoot! When my dog does that to me, I'm sure my neighbors are hearing me yell, "knock it out you little sh*t!" It's become her new nickname in a way..just kidding, but sometimes she's a real mess. But God love the dogs that melt our hearts with their puppy dog eyes.
