This outfit is basically a summer version of this. I love that it has the same feel, but with a new twist - just by swapping out a few accessories.
I love how incorporating funkier printed pants into my wardrobe makes the tank and pants combo so much more fun. It's still minimal, but a lot more interesting, especially when you add a little zebra print to the mix.
Despite what it may seem like lately, I really love wearing my hair down. It definitely take a little longer to do, and it's definitely a little warmer, but I really do love it. It just can't be an everyday thing this time of year.
Other things I like? Recycling bins that match my pants. Being green never looked so good.
Tank: Target, $6 - Pants: orig Gap, B Green Loft, $8 - Shoes: Target, $17 - Cuffs: Charlotte Russe, $8/2
Those pants do match the recycling bins. Perfectly!
ReplyDeleteAnd I adore the matching cuffs.
You look like the ripest most wonderful tomato in a sea of tomatoes. I adore this color against the vibrant green grass.
ReplyDeleteI absolutely love your hair like this!!
ReplyDeleteI don't usually comment, but I just had to tell you that your hair looks AWESOME! I love it!
ReplyDeleteYour hair looks very pretty today!
ReplyDeleteI love the Charlotte Russe $8/2 deals, haha. And your hair looks really great down. Is it wavy naturally or do you style it up that way? It looks effortless (in a good way) so I was surprised when you said it took time!
ReplyDeleteyour hair looks GORGEOUS like this!
ReplyDeleteYour hair looks amazing! I love the wavy, curly ease of it! And way to rock those pants yet again :) I love it!
ReplyDeleteI love your hair down. The hair, pants, and accessories give you this perfect carefree chic look. I'm really envious of your patterned pants, I've never come across a pair. Perhaps I'm not looking hard enough.
ReplyDeleteDang, the recycling bins are awesome! And your hair looks so great like this (though I'm not one to talk, since I keep my hair ridiculously short in summer)!
ReplyDeleteYou look great! I know what you mean, when its hot it's hard to keep my hair down. At least your hair doesnt fro up! xoxo
ReplyDeleteYour hair is beautiful! It looks so natural and summery. And you + those pants = totally awesome!

ReplyDeleteThat's funny about the recycling bins.
Cute outfit!
I love any version of an outfit that includes these red pants. They're surprisingly versatile for a print! Your hair is looking lovely, too :)
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh that last picture with the bins lined up just perfectly!
ReplyDeleteI love your hair down too. It looks wild :)
Awesomeness, Kyla...awesomeness.
ReplyDeleteI see your guns too. I see them.
Matching recycling bins, heck yes! You look awesome. You always have the best thrifted finds :)
ReplyDeleteI love your pants. They are such an awesome colour.
ReplyDeleteHaha I love that the pants match the bins!
ReplyDeleteThey do look amazing though. I've always steered clear of printed pants, but I love how these look with the simple tank.
What a great summer look! And your hair looks more and more fabulous every time I stop by your blog!
ReplyDeleteYour hair looks fantastic! I love this iteration of the outfit - perfect for hot weather!
ReplyDeleteYour arms look super toned, too!
I LOVE this! Summer casual outfits are probably my favorite of all seasonal outfits. I don't know what it is about them, but they are the essence of cool... literally and figuratively.
ReplyDeleteI love this ;look! I used to have pair of Benetton trousers that colour - I wish I had never got rid of them!
ReplyDeleteThose pants are amaaaazing!
ReplyDeleteAw...
ReplyDeleteIs that an adorable little Shih Tzu I spy?
My Shih Tzu puppy will be ready to come to his new home in a few weeks and I am ridiculously (stupidly, overwhelmingly) happy and excited. :0)
How do you find the breed to be?

I know this is bratty, but your blog takes so long to load in Google Reader because of all the pictures. Couldn't you get by with only 2-4 per day? This post had 8 pics and I could see your whole outfit in the first one.
ReplyDeleteI love this blog so much!! I read it every day!
ReplyDeleteBTW your arms are looking phenomenal! I am so jealous. I am a runner too so you are inspiration for me!
Thanks for the goodwill advice email! It was so helpful.
