I don't know what possessed me to put on these zebra shoes with this dress, but it totally works. I'm sure it had to do with the fact that they were on top of the giant pile of sandals overflowing out of my closet. Chaos creates style?
I love this dress so much! The stripes are so classic, and I'm having fun finding ways to put a slightly edgier twist on them. Today, it was all about the accessories.
How would you accessorize this striped little number?

Ahhhhhhhh! This dress is AMAZING! I can't even begin to think about what I would do with it. I'm just too busy coveting this entire outfit!
ReplyDeleteThat dress is AWESOME! And you look fabulous in it.
ReplyDeleteAs for my input on accessories, I would do a heavily embellished bid style necklace, and coordinate with embellished t-strap flats.
I just love that dress on you! lovely. and your hair is getting so long!
ReplyDeleteOh great outfit. There's something very Parisian about it. I like that leather belt, it's a nice touch.

The first thing I thought when I saw this was, "wow that is a really short fence." Not to say that your outfit isn't great. It is. I just thought it was kinda funny.
ReplyDeleteI love that you paired zebra stripes with stripey stripes (? haha). I think this end result is very edgy.
That's a serious pout in the second shot. Love it!
ReplyDeleteRed lipstick is just so right with this dress. The zebra is great too.
You're like a zebra from a children's book that goes off to become a sailor or something. All of his friends tease him but one giraffe believes in him and they share the spoils of a life at sea.
Or something like that...
Love that dress!!!! You did a great job at putting it together. All over stripes are so difficult to piece with other items, but you made it look terrific:)
ReplyDeleteThere's that dress again - you have made me fall hard for it! I loooooove pairing it with a fedora - perfect!

ReplyDeleteHa! I can't even tell you how many times I've come up with AMAZING looks comprised of the first thing I pulled out of my closet topped off with the whatever is on the top of my huge piles of accessories and shoes! Small closets are the mother of invention :)
