In terms of outfits and photos, do you ever feel the ebb and flow? Some days, I feel right on - and it will continue that way for a few days. Then, I'll have a day where I'm quite so happy with the results. I think I'm starting to ebb a bit. But that just means that I'll be flowing again soon!
I really love these pants, but they are sooo not photogenic. I promise, they look better in motion!
Pants: JCP, $18 - Shirt: vintage, Beacon's Closet, $15ish - Belt: Express, $10 - Flats: JCP, $8
The pants look perfect to me! And that top is sweetness incarnate.
ReplyDeleteOh I hate when I'm wearing something that looks amazing in real life, but I just can't get a decent photo of it!
ReplyDeleteI really want a pair of high waisted pants like that.
THE PANTS ARE PERFECT, BUT THE SHIRT... HUMM....BIG NONO..

I was just admiring this pants today at jcp.com. The look great on you and I love the sweetness of the top
ReplyDeleteI've probably said this before but I'll say it again. Your haircolor is the one I die for. You keep reminding me that I should NOT keep on dying my hair and enjoy the beautiful light brown hair god inteneded me to have.
ReplyDeleteI think you look sophisticated as.. love the addition of the studded belt :)
ReplyDeleteI also can't wait to see how you pair that funky shirt in the warmer months there.
Those pants are fantastic!
ReplyDeleteLoooooove those pants. I can't wear high waisted pants, and I so wish I could because these. are. fabulous! You look great!
ReplyDeleteI love the top! It's so adorably retro.
ReplyDeleteAh, the discrepency between life vs. photo has thwarted my blogging many a time! I believe you that they look better in motion, hehehe.
ReplyDeleteLove those trousers! And that shirt will be fabulous for spring, and also with the red boots.

Don't feel "ebb". You look great! Keep up the good work. The blouse is so cute, by the way.
ReplyDeleteI love that top! too cute.
ReplyDeleteSo much hottness in that outfit!
ReplyDeleteI too often think that my camera shortchanges my outfits sometimes. Perhaps if I wasn't such a crappy photographer that wouldn't happen :P
Wait- what? Someone doesn't like the shirt? It's so fun! So kitschy! So its-5-o'clock-somewhere-let's-have-a-cocktail!
ReplyDeletei definitely know what you mean about the ebb and flow- hate when i am having the 'ebb' days, but it always goes away eventually! and to me, yours looks like a 'flow' day- those pants are so cool! i love the high waist, and the fact that you addded a studded belt. and that blouse is so bombshell! ~joelle
ReplyDeleteEbb was lurking in my closet earlier this week too. You look fab and the pants photograph quite well. They must be stellar in person!
ReplyDeleteI definitely feel you on ebb and flow.
ReplyDeleteThose pants look SOOO fun! I love this outfit, Kyla. I totally know what you mean about the ebb and flow of getting dressed, though. But you look great!
ReplyDeleteLOVE your pants!! You should've tucked in the shirt so we could get a better look at its high-waistedness! ;)

I love that top!
ReplyDeleteI LOVE your top, it's so cute! :D
ReplyDeleteSometimes I hate the way my outfits look in photographs, so I just won't even bother posting any of them for weeks! I think 90% of my outfits look much better in person- maybe because I'm always posing awkwardly in photos? Haha!

I totally hear you on the ebb and flow. Sometimes putting together and photographing outfits comes so naturally, and other days it's an uphill battle. Anyway, I think you look fantastic! The slacks are so crisp and tailored.
ReplyDeleteI think those pants are uber flattering on you. Love em!
ReplyDeleteLove this outfit, especially the print on the blouse!
ReplyDeletep.s. I linked you in my latest outfit post. Hopefully that's okay! If not, let me know.
